FETA CHEESE PDO

FETA is the most recognized Greek food in the world. It is white brine cheese, solid or with small holes, without skin. The taste of feta varies per production area from mild, sweet, to acidic and rich. It is produced in many areas of Greece and according to data from the Hellenic Dairy Organization, it covers more than 50% of the Greek production of cheese products.
